PROCESS FOLLOWED

RESEARCH
To validate the objectives and grasp the real challenges faced by sales officers, I had the opportunity to meet with a few end users who would be utilising this solution. The interview sessions focused on the following areas:

USER PERSONA
Using the data gathered during research, we crafted user personas considering factors such as age, location, and experience in insurance selling. These personas help us better understand and cater to the diverse needs of our users.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Following a detailed data analysis, a list of features was compiled. The data was then distilled into different categories such as "must-have," "good-to-have," and "can be implemented later," prioritising functionalities based on their importance and feasibility.

WIREFRAMES
Once the information architecture was established, several design concepts were generated and discussed with both the team and the client. Following feedback, the concept designs were refined and finalised, progressing to the wireframing stage for testing with actual users. This iterative process ensured the alignment of the final design with user needs and expectations.
